    When I wrote my entry for the 2008 [info]hd_worldcup I wanted to give my readers the luxury of choice. I wanted the ending to be written in such a way that opens it up to several possibilities and interpretations because I believe the very best stories are the ones that continue on after the last sentence. The ones that live on in our minds and plague us and those we ponder about on an Idle Monday whilst doing something mundane like grocery shopping. *laughs* This is simply only one of those possibilities and yes, one that was thought up whilst I was at the grocer. I do hope you enjoy.

    DH Reactions: Squeeage and WTFery abound

    So it took me about a good say 8 hours straight to finish the book. I couldn't put it down whether it because I was horrified or squeeing, "H/D is Canon/Wand Love" *laughs* So here it is...my thoughts.

    Okay, clearly I'm behind the pack but with my father visiting I didn't have the time to read it! Granted that I elbowed people and stood in line for a bloody good hour and a half to get my hands on the book and only read it now, it's quite ironic! *laughs*

    I shall be posting my reactions, squeeage and WTF moments tomorrow.

    Hey flist!

    This is me officially signing off before the madness DH will bring begins! My dad is flying in from Japan for a meeting in Vegas so I have him all weekend which means I may not get to read all of DH for awhile (but still yayness for my dad coming! I ♥ him muchly). So in an effort not to be spoiled, I am keeping off LJ until then. I'm planning an all night HP extravaganza with my bestfriend tomorrow. *giggles* I'm dressing up as a Slytherin and we'll be watching Ootp at 6 and then going to the Midnight Magic event at my local Barnes Noble. I promise to picspam when I get back!

    Just thought I'd mention it here as well!
    The final chapter of Carpe Draconis is done and sent off to the beta. I will post it sometime this coming week. So if you've been waiting for it to be finished now is the time to play catch up. Hell, there are 30 chapters right now (a total of 32 once it's done!). Damn it. I think I'm going to cry. I miss writing it already! LOL The epilogue is also written so it will be posted shortly after the last Act.

    Thank you to all the fans and readers of this novella. I wouldn't have been able to finish it if it weren't for your enthusiasm and love for this story and for that I thank you.
